Most likely inside and out. Both speeds work and there is sound from left right channel tried with another cartridge. As can be seen from the pictures it needs a good clean. It does spin but needs some work.
Has been fitted with a p-mount ADC cartridge that needs new needle comes belt but no dust cover. Wish I had time to restore this turntable.
