This is a gorgeous looking Sony line turntable and highly sought after. Its in original parts and condition. This unique servo system effectively compares motor speed with a very stable frequency reference.
Both speed are accurate and stable. The use of a slow speed 300rpm motor eliminates much noise and rumble that originates in mechanical speed-reducing systems. The tts3000 employs a slow speed servo-controlled motor to drive platter. Its fully tested and everything works perfect.
No tonearm is in included. Theres a tiny hairline crack on the dust cover from normal use. Any error in motor speed results a correction the current supplied.
Made in japan. Specifications speeds: and 45 rpm speed control range: 5 start up time: within one second wow flutter: less than. The speed reference is entirely independent of outside influence and line frequency only used to power strobe light.
