Working condition works physical condition used with signs of age. This model predates the era of quartz lock or crystal lock servo speed feature that some audiophiles think that it creates a sterile sound in the direct drive genre.
Judging by listening, this table has a smooth and lively sound, not sterile at all. Hinges work and remain pensioned. I sold and shipped many turntables before so I will pack well to avoid damage in transit. Due to nature of vintage equipment.

Very simple and ruggedly built. Great piece for someone who wants the direct drive accuracy and stability without the hassle of dealing with belt or idler wheels. Both speed works smoothly and accurately with speed adjustment dial.
