That cord is not included in this listing. I am very disappointed on what found. I did try a couple of tapes with music and both played fine, except for the above mentioned faults. Most definitely this item is for parts.
Technics RS-TR373 I used a cord from my DVD player to test this item. Deck I plays good fwd rev. Deck ii plays rev, then stops and cycles fwd rev it is missing the door on. On further inspection I found the front panel has a crack and so does bottom near left tape deck.
