I think it's Pickering but there's no stamp on it but there are other parts which are the same color and they are labeled Pickering a,d and c. This item comes with only what is shown in the photos lots and lots of below. The needle is only half there so that would need to be replaced.

There is another cartridge or stylus is called m 75 mg there are some mounting hardware for dual cartridge. Any issues, please.

It does appear to have a needle. If this item is preowned it may show signs of normal wear IE nicks, scratches, scuffs some instructions or pamphlet are also included the cartridge and screws have some of this red dust on it.
