All resistors were tested for proper tolerance and replaced as needed. This player has a very nice solid maple wood en cabinet. I really enjoy working on these players and bringing them back to life as when they came off the assembly line. The deck lid retains its original paint and is also in near mint condition, no noticeable needle marks or chipped paint on this one.

The metal new orthophonic script is present as well as the interior badge on the interior of the cabinet and is in great condition. The mechanism was completely disassembled and all copper components have been cleaned and polished, then reassembled, lubed and adjusted to the proper specifications. All tubes were tested and replaced as needed and all test strong. A brand new preinstalled cartridge with cantilever stylus with diamond tip for 45's LP's and a sapphire tip for 78's has been installed which has been bridged for mono play, so you can play your vintage vinyl or the more modern micro groove records.

New motor grommets and linkage grommets have been installed. The push pull amplifier has been completely rebuilt, replacing all electrolytic and paper wax capacitors. These model's were available in maple, limed oak mahogany wood en cabinets. This player has clear loud volume with full rich sound.

These multi speed players were designed by Rca as a tabletop model and came with optional legs to turn it into a consoled. This mechanism cycles smoothly laying the tone arm at the beginning of the record and picks up correctly at records end. The cabinet retains its original finish and is in my opinion in near mint condition. It also automatically adjusts the index of the record size, 7 for 45 rpm, 10 for 78 rpm, and 12 for 33 rpm.

Please on the link below to watch and hear this player in action all music played is for demonstration purposes only and not for content youth. The player operates correctly on all speeds. Volume, tone controls and tube sockets were cleaned with exit for loud clear sound.

The brass legs do show a bit of wear and tarnishing, but are still in good functioning condition. After the last record has played it will automatically shut itself off. The amplifier provides plenty of punch to drive the built in 6 full range speaker with the crossover tweeters.

The manufacturers code on this exact unit is 723 which means it came of the assembly line in may of this player comes with the original removable brass legs so this player can be used as a tabletop model or as free standing consoled. The speaker fabric is in exceptional condition with no lifting or tears.
