This vintage Rca Victor record player turns on. Measures x turntable turns at four different speeds, can't guarantee that they are exactly 16, 33, 45 and 78 as marked. Has some scuffs that might come off with more cleaning and the blue trim shrunk as shown in photo. No pad on turntable but complete otherwise and it is in very good physical condition.

Model 1-EMP-2E serial RV 187644Rca 25l6-gt tube tests strong. It has an static needle cartridge NS-1 installed but might not be working, when I tried to play a record could barely hear and the volume control didn't help.
