The device itself has been cleaned/serviced/lubricated from top to bottom speed accuracy strobes and is spot on. The dual plinth design does an outstanding job of insulating the platter from vibration. Music Hall Turntables are famous for their minimalist and superb performance. This unit has a vintage ORTUFON FF15XE magnetic cartridge installed and sounds wonderful.
Because this unit is 16 volt AC, we feel it probably a first production run unit, which makes unique. Later model's went to 15 volts and or had a 120v power cord. The dust cover alone has over an hour of polishing work. This beautiful MUSIC Harlem F-5 has been meticulously restored to as close new possible.
