The cartridge is one of those classic ge golden treasure ones. They both look I be in excellent condition but are being offered as found. I'm not sure of the exact model number of the three pin Garrard head shell but it looks closest to the RC88.

I found this vintage head she'll and cartridge recently at an estate sale.
