By the end of the war Garrard engineers were armed with a unique education gained from six years of wartime laboratory research. This turntable, matched with a plinth, tonearm, and phono cartridge has the potential of conically rivaling some of today mega dollar turntables. It was just serviced by a tech.

It features a heavy accurately balanced die cast aluminum platter, 3 speeds, and a highly precise transcription motor idler wheel assembly. Today it is viewed as one of the iconic pieces from the golden age of audio and cherished by collectors and audiophiles worldwide.
