Late 1960s vintage Zenith the metropolitan portable record player stereo model X560 is a 6-speaker system with solid-state amplifier. Otherwise the turn table binds up. The sound is excellent. See photos.
Reject does not work and changer arm has to be in the stored unused position for player. It features the Zenith micro-touch 2g tone arm. There is a few problems that could possibly be repaired. For the age this unit is in great cosmetic shape.
It has a luggage cabinet with twin detachable speaker units. Has some pitting on speaker latch and Zenith emblem, see close up photos. There is no scratchiness in any of the tone or volume fade controls. It will bind up also if you attempt to reject wide x tall 12 deep weighs 40 lbs SK br.
