3. Versatility: With three speeds (33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM), this turntable can play a wide variety of vinyl records.

Cons:1. Complexity: Due to its manual operation and lack of modern features, this turntable may be more difficult to set up and use compared to more modern, automatic models.
2. Lack of Modern Features: The Chicago Mono Webster turntable does not come with features such as a built-in preamp, USB output, or Bluetooth connectivity, which some users may find limiting.

It is well-built and offers versatility with its three-speed functionality. However, its lack of modern features, complexity, and higher price compared to some budget models may make it less appealing to some users.
Recommendation:If you are an audiophile who values the sound characteristics of vinyl records and appreciates the classic style of vintage turntables, the Chicago Mono Webster turntable is a great choice for you. However, if you are looking for a more user-friendly, modern turntable with features like a built-in preamp or Bluetooth connectivity, you may want to consider other options. In either case, make sure to factor in the cost of necessary accessories such as a dust cover and stylus when budgeting for your purchase.
This pup is built like a tank and about as heavy. All original, this old timer has all its parts but I m unable to test fully so is being sold as is for parts or repair. The power cord is there but recommend replacing.
The arm has its dual cassette stylus and after fiddling with the speed control and spinning the platter I got it to work on speeds 78, 45 without having to help it but not 33. There are some minor smudges and light scratches but nothing over the top here and all commensurate with age.
