Shure VN5XMR stylus for the legendary v15vxmrmm phono cartridge. It was tested for output with no problems and the stylus is straight. I do have a nice large magnifier glass and tip is present but I can't state the number of hours.

Could be 1 or I don't have the equipment to get a good look at the tip. This is used and I don't have the number of hours played on it.
