5 volt batteries, which if I recall resize not included. Made in japan. It was my belief that needed a new belt.
This listing is for a vintage Crown phono-radio portable record player. Its been awhile since I powered it up. Invaluable for repair and reverb work on this.
In light of its age, its being sold as is. The tonearm rests on an auto shutoff switch that stops turntable from spinning. Includes the original manual, which is worth purchase price by itself. All the hardware is solid and functioning handle, battery compartment lid, knobs, dials, etc this unit functioned last time I pulled it out, which admittedly was at least 6 years ago.
Theres a switch to set the speed 78, 45, 33 1 3, as well dial do fine tune adjustments. Displays really well. There was some static, but I eliminated that by shoving a tiny piece of paper folded up under the radio phono switch.
Most definitely being sold as is. Theres an integrated adapter for 45s as well. Also includes a spare maybe the original. Crown branded needle and cartridge. Model TRP-10.
I'm sure it needs a new belt, unless missing something and its direct drive. At any rate, the speed is wonky. Having said that, the radio was working when I last used it.
Lid removes to accommodate 12, as well 7 records not included. The turntable functioned, but speed was inconsistent. Give this a new home.
