The speeds are right on the money. I have tested it with 33 and 45 records to ensure proper function and it sounds great.
The rubber pad is not original but works well. It comes with the original, though tattered, box and packing material and a Technics p22 cartridge and good needle. Cosmetically, there are a few very minor scuffs on the dust cover lid and the rest of the unit is near mint.
