Details:
Red stereo light never goes on. This are items from my collection. Selling portion of my collection. St 5000F tunes and sounds fine, very quiet background.
Note that glass frequency window of and MHz lettering has been rubbed off. The chassis cover is also in good condition. Cosmetically the st 5000F is in good condition.
Refer to photos. Tuner input signal strength meter, when turned on goes to 2/3 of full scale. Front panel top edge has a few small nicks, light blemishes and scratches around tuning knob.
Rear panel is in excellent condition. In stereo mode, pulls 37 la basin stations. Mute knob turns, but no off and spongy.
Tuning station meter seems a little to right of. I also have a mint Sony Scud xa777es, pose 4000 turntable, same 3012 tonearm and shire v15vxmr in factory sealed box listed. Suspect bulb issue, because receiving stereo and tuning meter centers.
