This item is used, and appears to be working.

I also switched the speeds from 33 to 45 and it looked as though where changing. The cover does have wear and scuffs scratches cracks. This item does not have a needle, so I was unable to play record on it, but did place and when turned the start switch needle arm went over in anticipation.

This item will need some cleaning, and is does come with a cover.
