I have verified all the semi-auto functions work:lead-interjected-return at end of record platter spins totally silent, bearing is good. The little stand tone-arm sits in when not use. Heres a nice vintage turntable. You can find a replacement or just set the arm control to 'up' when not in use.

The owners manual is still available as a PDF at Rotel site. The Rotel RP-6300 was made. Sites default files product manuals RP-6300-om. Note: the speed check strobe light is not working.

The bulb probably needs to be replaced. There are some things missing:dust cover stylus looks like a cheap cartridge, you probably want to put something better on. It is a semi-automatic direct drive.
