Winner pays the nous plastic kit on that site starts with an a will fix. Arm lever up and down mechanism may need a slight adjustment. My buddy the turntable whisperer got idler wheel and changer mechanisms working again,as this sat idle for many years.

It needs a cartridge also. They sound really good when set up properly. I find them to be somewhat finicky.
