The dust cover is in great shape but does have many of light swirls commensurate with a turntable this age. I chose red to match the speed leds as fixed cost for purposed of allowing.

Most of the moving coil carts work best with higher mass I rebuilt power supply new high quality capacitors, change out neon bulb for red leds and have cleaned adjusted motor pots verified setting a volt meter oscilloscope. The movement on auto return is a little clunky but this more characteristic of Sony mechanics than real problem.

Cosmetics are a very good to excellent minus, the only real bummer is crack in plastic ring around counter weight. Also, I built mogami neglect 2534 cables with nitric rca's.

I put nothing touches the arm when in operation as optics trigger mechanisms. It has been running for more than 100 hrs and is operating in spec. The arm drop and lift points are set accurately all auto functions work.

And you pay actual shipping cost the leds are a bit brighter sharper than neon. I am pleased with the red led choice and brightness is about perfect. I don't know the specific hours because purchased salsa used back it speed became erratic in 2011 so got shelved for a while.
