I don't know how to test capacitors I put it on the bench the cartridge is a audax turn over mono plugged it in and the motor or the capacitor is nag the Arm and cartridges works I plugged it into a vintage turntable and got sound b y manually turning the platter. I get 120 volts to the board in and out to the cap.
