The tubes, as far as I know, were never replaced. The wood has maintained it's beauty, but don't know for sure if it works well. I found an internet site that describes this same piece please see below this particular one, a 1962 Zenith MK2670, was a very high end unit back in its day.

While I hate to give away this family heirloom, it's just not my furniture and I could use the money to help my girls with college. With 19 total tubes, this model features hi fi integrated speakers with high efficiency woofers and mid and tweeter horns, push pull el84 output tubes for each channel, and built in FM stereo multiplex decoding for true stereo hi fi reproduction. The image shown is the same furniture stereo piece I located on the internet since my camera is no longer working. I did not check the turntable record player.

All housed in a beautiful mid century modern cabinet with built in stereo speakers featuring woofers and mid and high end compression drivers and horns. Mom passed away and I inherited this piece. There is a stereo am FM radio with dials that closes with 2 doors.

Iota dual chassis unit with 19 tubes total, using the 12k25 stereophonic FM tuner and 7k31 stereo amplifier chassis with el84 outputs. My mom kept this furniture piece in her living room. I turned on the radio and the light comes on, but I do not get any sound. The compartment underneath the radio hold the 33 rpm records, and the compartment on top of the console to the right swings up for the record player with diamond needle.

Dad mom purchased this piece in the early 60's. I have a gorgeous dark brown solid wood Zenith stereo console, which stands on wood en legs.
