This is a working turntable. I am selling as is due to age. This comes from a smoke free house. Slots are completely removed to eliminate unevenness of rotation caused by electromagnetic, and further provided is a turntable platter of high inertia with which the large mass of the platter weight is distributed around the outer contour.
The Luxman pd272 is a two speed, manual turntable using a dc servo motor direct drive system. There are some scratches on the dust cover but no cracks.
You would need to be up close to see the dust cover and chassis marks. The metal chassis has some small indentations located near the arm mount,see pictures.
