Can be set to either voltage with switch underneath turntable platter.
I think the cartridge is the original, however I have just replaced the needle with a new one.
Anyway it won't trigger unless the tone arm is moved beyond the trail off area almost to the of the label.
Works great except the auto return. Shipping in the upper 48 states in Thieu. More of my offers.
It tracks very nicely and the quality of playback is excellent.
