Did not get a sound when I played tape. I'm not sure why the radio works, but I get no sound out of tape player and turntable. Could have been a bad tape, not setup right, or an issue with the tape player. Ports in the back CD aux - 8 ohms speakers left and right jacks.
Montgomery Ward jsa 6314stereo tuner stereo system dual cassette deck needs service partially working got a good clear sound out of the radio when this was hooked to speakers. I think the arm may be missing a needle, but i'm also not sure if is supposed to work by itself without needle. However, couldn't get sound out of the tape player or turntable.
Turntable spins, but no sound comes out.
