The dust cover could use a good buffing, but shows the typical signs of scuffs and scrapes.
On review of the other switches, there were no response. Please review the pictures for a better detailed view. If you are looking to restore the item to use to its fullest potential, it will need some work to be a this was found at an estate sale. It looks like Heathkit introduced this prior to adc or was bought out by adc.
The needle and cartridge are in good working condition. The turntable does show some signs of ware but looks very good for its age.
This turntable is very similar to the adc model. The item was tested and here is what was found.
