The back was broken so I took and old top had laying around cut hinge mounts off epoxied them to of Garrard. This player is being sold for parts or repair due to needing some minor work before everyday use. It does play. The upper belt, or platter is OK.
I think it could use a new upper one to operated the auto functions little stronger. Once its warmed up it goes through the auto functions pretty good. This player has an inexpensive cart and a used stylus.
The repair holds strong and works as it should. This Garrard is in pretty good condition. The bottom belt is in great shape. This Garrard has the pull off head shell.
The only info I could find online about this Garrard was when it built, not any photos or other accept for a belt. It is a two belt system. The auto functions work but can be a little slow on start up.
It is a toothed belt that controls the auto functions. The dust cover is clean and clear with some scuffs.
