The anti skate wheel turns freely and smoothly, vertical height adjustment is also very smooth. Because you can use many different arms with this unit it works perfectly all kinds of cartridges. Curing is smooth as well.

You can use standard rca cables with this unit and a ground cable be used that has male end. This base unit was part of a very advanced and versatile tonearm system that Technics created.

The person I bought it from said was hardly used, and as you can see pictures is in very good condition. For sale I have an excellent Technics EPA-B500 tonearm base unit that works with many different armbands.
