Its a very clean unit and built like tank. They are an OEM company who made or in cooperation with many other different companies such as Rote, Marinates, Yamaha, Hitachi, Sonya, Realistic and more. This is a very clean, vintage Taya DP-550 direct drive full automatic turntable made in Japan. These were made by CEC of Japan which still exists.
The DP-550 is essentially a rebated Realistic LAB-400 that many enthusiast love to this day. This turntable has been well taken care of, everything works flawlessly.
