Details:

Up for offer is a vintage dual 1229 model turntable with the United audio logo on the cabinet. However by using the manual function it works fine. Also comes with head shell, dual 45 rpm adaptor and dust cover. Because the turntable does not operate it is being sold as is.

Comes with an empire 999 te x cartridge. The motor powers fine. The strobe light flickers.

The dust cover does have usual scuff marks and a 2 to 3 inch crack as seining the picture. Can be fixed or used for parts. When using the automatic function the tonearm does not move to the record. The platter turns but then stops.

Power cord has some paint. While playing the cartridge touches the record making me believe the stylus needs to be changed. Hope the pictures help.
