It uses a 6 volt spring top lantern battery, not included. Rare, vintage 1958 german made, Philips portable record player, mignon phonokoffer AG9123. I took closes ups of the serial numbers too, if you would like me to take a photo of a certain part, just let me know. When you do the button next to the slot pops out, when you push it back in the record comes out.

It measures approx. I am not an expert so I describe to the best of my ability. It has a carrying strap attached and weighs around 7 lbs.

I was not able to test it but I took the back off and took photos. I bet it was used by teenagers back in the day to play 45in their bedroom or to take on a picnic or to the beach. This green record player plays 45 rpm records, the record slides into the slot on side.
