It comes with rca cables and ground wire. It will still sit in the open position when dust cover is lifted for loading records. Mcs modular component systems6710 turntable belt driven record player this turntable works perfectly. The dust cover is very clear when minor surface wear.
Look at the photos for best physical. It comes with the stacking spindle. The only flaw is back of dust cover hinge connector tab broken so it doesn't seat in spring-loaded very well.
