When we say powered on, no further testing was done it means exactly that. Model 246Bradio comes on, tunes, but volume is loud and louder. Be sure to read the and ask questions before you bid.

Record player turn table doesn't. These items are for DI hobbyists collectors only.

Do not saying the treble control does work volume is scratchy, etc, etc. Vintage electronics sold as-is: the very nature of buying assumes certain things. Some items I know very little about as buy at estate sales.
